The
Chatillon DFX II,
DFE II and
DFS II digital force gauges are perfect solutions to packaging testing. With Bluetooth communication and high resolution colour displays, the DF II series digital force gauges cover a full range of applications when used as hand held devices or mounted to test stands, from the simplest “Go-No Go” applications to the most sophisticated testing in quality control environments. This allows users to purchase the specific force measurement capabilities they need to meet any quality assurance and regulatory requirements.
The high-end
DFS II was the first
force gauge in its class with onboard Bluetooth connectivity for wireless communication to a computer. It can be equipped with integral load cells or smart remote sensors for load and torque measurement. Accuracy is as high as 0.1% full scale.
The
DFE II is a compact, easy-to-use force gauge for handheld or test stand applications. It supports a variety of standard gauge functions including normal and peak readings, high/low limits, set points, pass/fail results, statistical results, load cell actuation and direction.
Both
DFE II and
DFS II models come with full high resolution colour displays for easier reading and rapid recognition of unit status and results. These
digital force gauges also have USB communication capability.
AMETEK TCI’s
NEXYGEN DF software, which supports statistical quality control, is standard on the
DFS II and optional on the
DFE II.
The
DFX II force gauge is an economical solution for applications requiring basic peak force measurement. This model adds a rechargeable power supply and be used up to 100 hours on a single charge with great accuracy making the
DFX II ideal for field applications. The
DFX II is available in four capacities (10lbf, 50 lbf, 100 lbf and 200 lbf) and features an integral load cell with a measurement accuracy of ±0.3% of full scale.
All these digital force gauges are fully backward compatible with previous test stands, accessories and software so they can be quickly integrated into existing test processes. Loads are displayed in ozf, gf, lbf, kgf and N units. All are supplied with durable carrying cases and adaptors.
